SANTANA PICKUP FOR SANTANA PRS

I need to change my treble and bass Santana pickup.
i understand that it's very difficult to find these pickup… no manufacturing yet...

witch pickup i can use with a same caracteristics of my PRS santana pickup ?
I remember this information :

Santana pickup: Treble: ceramic DCRes: 10.00 no cover
Bass: Alnico DCRes: 7.00 no cover
Santana III pickup: Treble: Alnico DCRes: 12.00 cover

Bass: Alnico DCRes: 7.00 cover
