S2 Vela with 9s?

I know they come with 10s but I am curious how big of a deal it would be with the Vela bridge to put a bendy set of 9s. Anyone ever went up or down on a Vela?

I had .10s on my ex-Vela; I remember the bridge pickup being quite trebley, so for my ears I would think that a lighter gauge string might make things too nasally.

That being said, the bridge is very easy to adjust. Go for it!

Put 9s on mine. Love it!

Experimentation keeps things interesting, but I'm perfectly satisfied with the 10's on mine. I just love the tone I get plugged or unplugged.

Thanks Guys! Main reason I ask is that all of my PRS have 9s ( except the Alex Lifeson acoustic ) and I am wondering how different the 10s will feel. I am a totally newbie and have only been playing about a year. I have an awesome teacher who is a PRS collector and has really turned me on to this brand. I am very impressed. These are the Ferrari for the guitar world.
