S2 Singlecut vs S2 594 Singlecut

Hi everyone,

I have a S2 Singlecut. I'm wondering how much of a playability difference there is if I were to get the S2 594. I do not have a way to try out the 594. Any comments would be appreciated.

I don't have a problem with short scales. I was just wondering if getting the 594 would be redundant.

I had both until recently, traded the Singlecut as I found I enjoyed 594 double cut much more due to the neck playability. The pattern vintage just seems to fit my paw really well. I was able to coax similar sounds out of both, but the 594 even with the shorter scale felt tighter to me and more of a percussive response if that makes sense. Maybe it has to do with the bridge. Anyway my 2 cents, hope you find somewhere to give it a go. Good luck!
