If you have a 2024 or newer the parts are what they use on core PRS

(Or a 2023 10th anniversary)

I'm late to the party but it depends what you want it for. If it's going to be a guitar that you will often play I say go for it! If it's just to have a collection and resell. I wouldn't get it cause resell value is not that good.

It is not as a collectible piece. I have about 35 that are......but this will be a player.

However, $1500........That is the deal I got. From the comments here, and knowing what I have in my Core models, I don't think I have to worry much about resale value.

What was the verdict?
S2 comes down to the bevel carve. They feel more comfortable to me. But I prefer the look of the core carve. But close your eyes and playing: I have met plenty of s2 594’s that made me question why I should spend the money on cores. In fact I sold my last core 594 in favor of an s2
