I’m gonna have to agree with you. The more I look at it, the more it looks like the top on my Singlecut. It’s got some nice flame to it, but there are two spots on either side that remind me of the edge of this “10” Top

PRS has definitely upped their game in the S2 area.

Unfortunately everyone, I am a better drummer than I am a guitar player lol I felt like I was doing the guitar a disservice by letting it hang there staring at me while I played my drums. I’m glad it found a new home and that it’s getting attention again!

Hmmm.... I've got an SE ZM with a much nicer top than that... guess I should pen a "10" on it...
Beautiful, but like all maple top SEs, it’s a veneer; the S2s are solid wood. They can get lots and lots of veneers out of one set of wood, but solid wood tops that look that good are harder to come by.
Not that anything’s wrong with veneers, they’re simply a different thing.
Edit: I just saw 11Top’s post. I guess he said much the same thing.

I'm just astounded by the fit/finish of this guitar. I don't think I've ever felt a neck like this and I'm ready to part with some other nice guitars as a result. The bar has certainly been raised! I sure appreciate Colt making this available to me!
