Is it possible to replace tremelo bridge of SE Custom 24 with schaller 3d-6 fixed Bridge?

Yes! All you need to do is remove the trem, cut blocks of wood to fill in the routing done for the trem cavity, use epoxy to fill any gaps, sand it all flat, refinish the guitar (something opaque probably would be best), and then drill new holes for the new bridge. Here are some pics of the process.

Keep us posted on Modified Monday... this sounds like a fun project.

Thanks .. I don't think i have the balls to do that myself .. I think i am gonna let my guitar tech do that for me

Is there anyway for updating the Bridge of the SE without having to do surgery? :D
