Replacing the cheap 3-way toggle switch with a Switchcraft...

My first electric guitar, a beautiful McCarthy SE that came in with a faulty switch unfortunately. Considering to replace it with the OP suggestion amazink. Is it compatible with the 2023 SE?
I can have my dealer repair it, nevertheless I get satisfaction from modding.
[edit] I've checked the switch and it's yet another case of cold solder, I've fired up my faithful Hakko and fixed it. This is a red light, I'll need to check also the pots soldering. I'm still awed by the beauty and sound of this guitar :)

He’s talking about a SE - not a Core. The import switches have a very different feel - like pretty much any other cheap no name switch you can buy on Amazon. They don’t have the solid feel, weight, or the same springiness that you get from the switches on the PRS core models which are built like a real Switchcraft, if not actually made for PRS by Switchcraft. To be blunt, the import switches on the SE and S2 models are cheap, feel cheap, and tend to fail faster than a more solidly built Switchcraft 3-way. No, it’s not going to change his tone, but it will be more reliable.
I never understand why manufacturers insist on putting cheap switches plugs and electronics in a guitar costing over £500.
If PRS put swichcraft and other good components in thier. SE range plus good pickups even Seymour duncans then they would be almost unbeatable value and stop many new guitarists having issues that make them sell the guitar and try a different make or have to pay for a guitar tech. I doubt the host will be more than £50 but the perceived value much more.
