Does the Mann bridge make that much of a difference in the tone?

looking to swap pup's or the bridge

Also, if you ever decide to sell the SE, remove the trem and donate it to the next guitar. Or me!

@littlebadboy Recently replaced the import trem on an S2 with a Mann model, perhaps they can chime in here and regale you with the experience. =)

Yes I did! Even though I didn'tget the one-piece NOS, what a difference in terms of quality and aesthetically compared to the stock import! It also improved tone and sustain. It feels stable even after wanking the trem arm and sometimes I do abuse it.

I got the PRS/Mann bridge. It is a work of art already on its own!







The import bridge had gaps in between the saddles which I think defeats the purpose of its enclosed design.



I'm poor and shouldn't have afford the Mann bridge. But, I tried the lower priced knock-off bridge off ebay and even graphtec saddles. They still had gaps in between.




So, I just took a leap of faith, took out the card, and had no regrets sice I took out the Mann bridge from its box!
