A few years ago I went to a screening of this at a historic theater in downtown Birmingham. Very nice, classy joint... So it was hilarious to see Spinal Tap in that environment. Lots of audience participation à la The Rocky Horror Picture Show, only not annoying. I absolutely LOVE the movie and wish something like that would catch on so I could at least annually see Tap in a grander context!

And FWIW, I hear the band is looking for a drummer! Not sure what happened to the last guy...
