Hey guys, so I'm planning on using my SE Custom 24 or my S2 Singlecut Semi-Hollow w/ 57/08's for drop tuning given that they both have the longest scale (25").

Which one would be best suited for Standard D or D#? I know the Singlecut would be easier as I'd only have to widen the nut a little bit for bigger strings and play with the truss rod a little bit. But the SE Custom 24 I'm unsure how to best approach setting this guitar up for Drop Tuning given the floating bridge.

At first my Singlecut was going to be my go to in Standard Tuning, however, I've just acquired a brand new 2015 10-Top SC245 after getting rid of my LP Studio, so hence my decision :)

Any thoughts?

If you're going to change tuning on the fly, go with the 22. If you're keeping it in a single tuning, the trem is no problem. I have a Tremonti trem in Eb.
