Recommend me a PRS

Im sure this has asked a number of times but I'm looking to collect "the" PRS, the guitar model that defines what PRS is all about like LP's for Gibsons, Strats and Teles for Fender etc.

so which one should i go for?

PRS isn't defined by one model (and neither is Gibson for that matter), but the Cu24 is a flagship model for PRS, and you would be well served by one of these. I just played mine a couple hours tonight and it felt great. If money is no object you could go for a PRS work of art like the Dragon inlayed guitars:

I would recommend the SIUYA model. Very rare.
Excellent modal and modern timbres that will define your sound for as long as you want.

What sort of music do you play? Also, you're probably already aware of this but personal preference can be such a tricky thing that it could be hard to say what the right model for you is.
