Ok, I'll approach it from a different angle.

Yes, I believe that to be a real serial number.

But I cannot guarantee for what. It could be off of a 2013 core PRS, OR it could be off of a broken Mr. Coffee coffee maker in the dump buried under a half ton of other garbage.

It's only from a 2013 if there is a 13 on the headstock in front of what you have written here.
