One of those random moments I like to share with you.
This might very well be the last hike before the heavy snowfall, and what a wonderful day we had, crisp and clear and not that cold.
As a fun fact: the high mountain refuge in the last pic is called "Cabaña Verónica", with an altitude of 2,325m (or 7,628 ft, for you feet lovers). Although it's really small it's one of the most iconic ones in Spain and It was built using the metal dome from the anti-aircraft battery of the American aircraft carrier USS Palau, which was being scrapped in Basque Country (around 1960).
