The upside is that I played some guitar at lunch. That seems to have lightened my mood a bit.

I walked the dogs and did my workout. I am at the grind but can hardly wait to get home and play me some Krokus!

I woke up to a broken window in our living room. Luckily it is double pane and only the inside pane cracked. My girl (who was awake before me) said she heard a loud boom and got up to see the window severely cracked. Only explanation we have come up with is one of our cats lunging at a bird or a bug outside the window. Anyway, what a way to start the day! Sorry to hear your day started off bad as well @JasonE , hope it gets better ;~)) Lola, ROCK ON!!!

Even before I knew you would be enquiring as to my thinking I somehow knew you would be here asking and I was RIGHT! Explanation later. I am on mission today with so much to do.

I got a reward yesterday as well. It made me ecstatic. In the 3 years that I have had my Fitbit I have walked 12,430 miles. I have walked across Canada almost 4 times. Walking is just so amazing for all the mental and physical aspects of your body. So grateful to have all my parts in working order.

I used to use a step counter when I went hunting. Just to see how far I walked when in the bush. But I found that it made me waaaay too tired after I got home and saw the numbers. I actually didn't want to go out the next day (haha) I was so tired.
Kidding, just kidding, I always want to go out the next day!
