However, you are getting outside, where the air is more pure, and you are getting movement in your day so you don't need a gym membership.

Cool. I occasionally think about putting a mountain bike trail through the woods. I occasionally rode a dirt bike back there when I was a kid, but I doubt there's quite enough space for a motocross/dirtbike trail now. And the only time I've ridden a motorcycle in decades was a couple days in the MSF course last summer. (Passed and have an endorsement now, though).Nice! Some Of That "A Bunch Of Land" I Was Talking About Also Included A Motocross Track But I Didn't Mention It Initially.
I guess I need to search for this screen you're copying. I always thought it was some random forum issue. This is just weird! Here is a print screen of the "notifications" on my account indicating that two of my posts were removed today.
One of my removed posts in this same thread simply said "I, I, I did not know that", that is verbatim. The other post (much longer and I can not cite verbatim) pointed the finger at our health care system and food manufacturers as a factor in the obesity problem.
Also, when I click on the notification to see the "reason" why my posts were removed, it simply takes me to the beginning of this thread rather than providing any reason as the notification would indicate. Unless of course, the "Reason" is ". . .".
If you click on the bell in the upper right corner, that is your "alerts" page. It first shows a drop down, but if you click on it a second time, it then takes you to a page showing you the entire "alerts" history. This is where those messages were shown. Not saying it always happens when posts are not showing, but for me it did in this instance for the first time.I guess I need to search for this screen you're copying. Thanks. Still have my work cut out for me, but the results so far from overspeed training have been a good motivation to keep going at it.Nice shot, BTW!
