The recent slew of killer guitar posts have me inspired and enthused. No end of killer guitars front left right center!

Well here’s a Tone Monster. It was its turn to get some love and I thought I’d post it.

The term is used and abused, but this is really one scary Tone Monster. The throaty growl is inherent in the string vibration and comes through so obvious acoustically. SC58 with solid brazilian neck. Honey gold smokeburst. 53/10 on the neck and Mark Tremonti on the bridge. The amplified sound is just scary. Badass. Did I mention Tone Monster.

There is no meaning to this post. It is just random.eye.candy.

That's why I like it, actually. I wouldn't want anything too blingy, personally. That top is perfectly imperfect, if that makes sense. A classic and timeless look.

My Artist II is similar. No darkened edge, but a sort of understated yellowish golden glow.
