I keep seeing the

img logo but i see no image, how do i fix this

On Imgur, I've had to use the "Direct Link" code to post my pics.

Then I guess other people need to learn to post pics. Or something in your computer settings is blocking the third party images.

It generally means the image location isn’t resolvable. As toothace said, either because the original poster didn’t provide a correct/complete location URL, or because access to that location is blocked on your end - often the case browsing from work.
