greetings to all, I have a Custom Mccarty 22 with rosewood arm, someone told me that it is not advisable to put strings .9, put it best .10 up, how true is this?
Thank you.
They might be right about the ARM , but it will be fine to put them on the NECK...
when someone is trying their best in a language that isn't native to them, it is best to be give them clear help.
Hi gersonsd,
9's will be no problem. The neck may need a small tweek of the truss rod but that is all. Buena suerte con tu guitarra
Tal vez, usted debe explicar lo que es un tipo de alma esta' en espanol, asi...
That makes no sense:iamconfused: and I'm a native spanish speaker. Anyway, it probably has become obvious but the guitar neck in spanish is 'brazo' which literally means 'arm'. It's also called 'mango', not the fruit but 'handle'. Ok, enough Spanish for today:laugh:
To Gerson, as others mentioned, it should be no problem to use 9s. It's a matter of taste.
que onda?
That Wave ?
