Question on Special Order Finishes for Core Models

Hello all, I've been lurking around the forum for awhile (pardon the drool) but this is my first post.

I noticed the following line under most core models in the PRS 2014 price list:
"Special order finish - call for availability"

I am more than a little curious about this...
- Does this include the 'glow' or 'dragon breath' finishes that I have seen on some PS instruments?
- Is the upcharge the same for Artist Package instruments?

I am envisioning an SC245 Artist Package with standard U.S. woods (flame/'hog/BRW), natural back and headstock, hybrid hardware, and...well the finish is where I am having trouble.

Something between the medium/dark hue in this 'Sage Dragon's Breath'

Am I envisioning a color that doesn't exist? Seen anything close to that (made up name) Green Slate color on the Sage Dragon Breath guitar?

You won't be able to get a finish that's exclusive to Private Stock on an Artist Package. Some dealers can special order finishes that aren't usually available on a particular model, but the Artist package finishes are pretty comprehensive.

Call one of the dealers who participates here, they're the most knowledgeable.

Thanks for the advice! It would be nice to have a comprehensive guide with pictures of all of the different finishes...does one of these exist somewhere?
