How do I keep the posts which hold the bridge and control the height from moving when I change strings?

What I mean, is every time I change strings, the posts are very loose and wind up screwing in or out and changing the string height. So I have to spend time readjusting and measuring and readjusting every time I restring. I've never had this issue with other guitars. Is there anything I can do which would stop this?

I use a cheap elastic hairband.
Tuck it one post crisscross over the top and tuck it under the other post.

Failing that only change one string a time is the simplest solution.

Another cheap low tech way is to wrap part of a cigarette pager round the thread of the stud, this then increases the diameter of the post, tightening it in the bushing.

Look in any touring guitar tech pictures and I guarantee 99% show these type of papers. A fantastic solution quickly and cheaply.

This is what I thinking....something to tighten the posts/bushing w/o damaging it. The paper idea seems like a good one.

Tried and tested method used by guitar tech as long as there's been cigarette papers, Also a legitimate reason to give the other half as to why you have papers but don't smoke;)
