Question about used PRS 22 Core Standard price

Hey forum members - I have a chance to pick up a good-great shape 2003 Standard 22 for 900.00 - this seems like a great price, if the guitar 'speaks' to me, should I grab it? I know nothing about older PRS. Guy has eagle card, case candy, case, everything. Going to play it tomorrow.
