Question about tuning stability with PRS trem

On the CE22 with locking tuners, how solid is tuning stability when using the trem?

If the nut is cut properly, and the saddles are in good shape, and the bridge mounting screws are in good shape, and the bridge mounting plate is in good shape, and it's set up properly, and strung properly, tuning is solid.

I know that's a lot of "ifs", but if the guitar is set up right, the PRS system is really solid.

Thanks....I'm accustomed to using the the locking floyd systems. I've owned guitars with locking tuners in the past but mostly on hardtails.
