Hello I couldnt find any answers anywhere so here is hoping ya can help. My MT15 clean channel volume knob does not go "no volume" when l turn the knob all the way to zero . I can still play the amp at a good volume. My MV works just fine, its only the volume on the blue channel. every other knob works. After some research all I got is either this is really bad or normal for high gain amps. My local amp teach charges for just looking, so before I go I figure to seek adivce on this forum. I tried to conduct PRS directly but after 3 attempts none of emails have ever recieved a response. I got this amp new and to be honest I never noticed since im 90% on the red channel. Thank you all for your time and any adivce.

I don't think I'd ever tried what you did, so I went down tonight and tried it. Clean channel volume at zero gave no sound at all.

I wonder if perhaps you have a dirty pot - have you tried sweeping it several times just to see if maybe there's something interfering with it and causing the issue?

Thank you for responding, yes i did try to spray it with Deoxit, still nothing. When i turn it up it gets loud, but when i turn it down it doesn't lower the volume at all. I never had a volume pot do that in any amp and in all my yrs of playing. I really want to make sure this is not normal, but actual damage before I pay a tech to look at it. Like i stated before PRS never return my inquriy, and other forums gave very mix answers and none of them mention specifically the MT15.

I don’t own a MT15 but that sounds like a bad pot. I had the EVH lunchbox amp when they first came out that was talking volume with the volume knob at zero. Fender replaced it under warranty.

Okay thank you for your time, Ill take it to a tech, the one in my city is actually well trained and experience. Take care and God bless
