    If I go into a pub and order a draft which is served a little flat and kinda warm, but I drink and pay for it anyway, does it count toward my total ...
    or, does it just make me a *****?

    Many trad bitters are supposed to be kept and served at room temperature because they contain live cultures. Refrigeration or Co2 injection would kill & ruin them. Sorry if you knew this already.

    If I'm honest though, I don't really understand your question.
