PTC Services overseas

Are the PTC Services restricted to US customers only or assuming an item can be shipped back to Maryland would these services be available to us in the UK? Would this be via the UK dealer network?

I believe PRS Europe run their own limited PTC for simpler jobs, but if you need complex things like a refinish they can ship it back to the USA. The dealer where you bought the guitar would be a good first port of call.
