PTC response

My 2011 Throwback Custom 24 vintage yellow needs some minor repairs of chips and dings that were present when purchased new from GC at a considerable discount. I would like to referbish to a new condition and have sent a few request to the PTC link on the PRS website. No response for several weeks now. What to do?

Have you tried calling customer service? Incidentally, the PTC does a killer job with finish repairs and restoration.

Thats surprising PTC is usually very prompt in my experience thing some kind of SPAM filter trapped your email try again or call

I usually either get an immediate response (-ish -- within 1-3 business days, that is) or no response at all -- if you've already emailed them several times, then I second the "call" suggestion.
