PTC hooked me up

I recently sent my `88 Custom 24 to the PTC for a tune up. Matt with the crew at the PTC did a set up and a fret dressing/recrowning. The guitar plays amazing now! I'm so tickled with the quality and speed of the work that I had to mention it here. Thanks to all the guys at the PTC that worked on my guitar, it plays like new!

PTC FTW! After owning over 30 PRS guitars..... I finally had one that had to go back for warranty work. Exceptional service from the PTC team and Matt who orchestrated the whole process. A+++++++

I've thought about sending one of my old ones back to the PTC for the same work. Then I wonder if I want to send an expensive guitar halfway across the country for a rather pricey set up. I've been debating this for quite a while now. It's good to hear that yours went well.
