This showed up in my inbox today via Wild West Guitars and I felt compelled to share.

Should I ever get to bring a private stock dream to fruition, this inlay motif is currently #1 on my lust list as it's some of the finest attention to detail I've ever seen on a fingerboard.

What an awesome build. Please feel free to join me in drooling.

I had a Gibson Super SJ 250, which was a special one-off I had built in Kalamazoo in the 1970's. I had a complete recreation of an 1890 Mauer vine from an original 1890's Mauer guitar done for that guitar.

As much as I truly love the pearl, abalone, and other artwork on these guitars, I could never find my place around the neck, even with the side dots. The necks were just a wee bit too busy for me.

Now, as I look closely at this PRS, I see where the fret spaces which would have a bird or a moon do have a flower, and the next fret has some leaves. If the space on the fret where there is just a leaf was less cluttered, I would love to have one of these guitars.
