Went to see Christian Artist Big Daddy Weave last night and had an amazing experience. Sat 2nd row aisle right in front of Jeremy Redmon, their guitar player. To my surprise and pleasure he played a Metallic Frost Blue S2 CU22 all night long.
Much to my surprise, my wife fell in love with the S2 and remarked how it looked and how she might want one. Then I showed her the price of a used and new S2's. Well so much for getting a 3rd PRSi.
It was a lot of fun watching him work through the songs, switching between single coil and humbucker tones, plus all the toe tapping on his pedal board.
I couldn't tell what year the guitar was, because I had nothing to compare it to, but the TRC was engraved with what appeared to be a name, the pickups were covered and the neck had dots instead of birds.
I'll add on my blurry phone pics later tonight.
