What's does that little "i" stand for when talking about PRS guitars ? (PRSi)

Cannot figure it out and searched for it too!

Thanks

It's our slang for PRS Instruments. Makes it a bit easier to type. Not everyone likes it though :D.

Yes, also used as a plural form(multiple PRS guitars). an improper use, but sort of like cacti or fungi :D

This^
Deliberately incorrect plural form of PRS's like cacti or fungi and still funny every time.

thanks all
I feel much better now knowing that I am indeed an owner of a few PRSi

I've also noticed "PRSh" a few times, and it appears to refer to the man. I read it as "himself", but it could also be "human" or something along those lines. :)

I gotta admit, it took me a while to figure out what the 'i' stood for too. I had never seen that anywhere before and sometimes I would think...is this more of apples influence adding the i to everything :p
Personally I always just refer to them as fiddles or by the model. I'm a fast typer so no need to be lazy and abbreviate everything.

Don't get him started. This is one of his hot buttons.

Hah...sorry, just trying to decipher the slang around here for myself! I don't think I'll be using it though, if that makes anyone feel better... ;)

That's fine, you don't have to conform. We like different here. This place is not like some of those boating groups - no pier pressure.
