PRS Wiring for a Seymour Duncan Pickup

Hi all,

Im wanting to know if you can wire a Seymour Duncan with 4 conductor to PRS 3 conductor for a PRS USA 5 way blade switch. Im going to use this diagram: https://www.prsguitars.com/documents/customs_2017.pdf

Im wanting to wire a PRS McCarty Bass with a Seymour Duncan Pegasus with a completely different wiring diagram i hear and could produce polarity cancellation issues of i went with the normal green/bare red/white and black on its own.
