I can't stand the Wide-Thin, so I'd go with anything with a Wide-Fat or Pattern. You really need to try them. They're very different guitars. The only thing similar is the body shape.

Tremonti. Trem w/2 volume, 2 tone. About the only thing I'd change is add coil tapping.

Tremonti....Love the pickups, the uprouted trem, wide thin neck and solid body...no chambering. They are like Ferrari's...beast of a guitar!

Had my Tremonti since 2007, don't think I'll ever get rid of it. Such a good sounding and playing guitar!
Ive found it fulfilling for use when playing anything from Blues to Heavy ass metal.....sounded fatter than my friends EsP with EMG pickups. I'm even tempted to get another now!
