I have not had Jack Gretz do tech work for me yet, but I've been there and purchased from him. He is a top notch person.

+1 - I dont know him or his tech work personally, but I know too many people whose opinions matter to me that would say Jack is THEMAN.

Jack did the 5-way switch to McCarty switching on my CE22. Funny thing is, he did it at the 2nd PRS Forum Event while we were at Garrett Park Guitars.
