Go to 30:25 in the vid. Anyone know why this amp didn't take off ? It sounds really good.
Pretty cool. There were lots of SS amps then. What was the price?
No idea what it was then, but I snagged one from eBay last month for less than $250. It was rough looking on the outside, and the volume and gain pots were almost unusable. Rider1260 and I cracked it open and were shocked at how clean it was on the inside. Not a spec of dust, and put together like a tank. Contact cleaner helped a bit, but Rider still has it pending pot replacement. I figured I'd wait to post a NUAD thread until it was functioning better.

Good read. Thanks for posting. I'm anxious to crank it up. The sounds we were able to get out of it were pretty good. I'd agree with that write up.
After watching that, I’d be anxious to fire it up too! I didn’t know they were designed by Pritchard. That’s some serious SS!
I'll have to make sure Mike takes some pics of the innards before it gets reassembled.
Thanks! I’d love to see that.
He's on it.
