PRS SE Trem Question

Hi, I know very very little about tremolo's, is there anyone who can give me a simple explanation of what type of trem is used on the custom 24 (SE's)? Is it floating, or is it like the vintage trem on a Fender or similar to a Godin Session guitar?
Is the trem easy to drop tune on the fly? Is there a setting to have it float vs. non-float?
