PRS SE SVN locking tuners

I recently acquired a Mark Holcomb PRS SVN and wanted to switch the regular tuners with locking tuners.
In the PRS website I can buy a set of 6 PRS SE Locking Tuners. I was wondering if there is such a set for the SVN model.

If not, would you recommend a set of locking tuners that doesn't need to make new holes to accommodate them?

So I contacted him and they have them. However, they're the locking tuners that (like PRS branded) have the locking mechanism/screw on the forward-facing part of the head. The string side.
Are there any third party locking tuners that will work with this seven string that has the tightening screw/knob BEHIND the head?
