Prs Se Standard 24 Tremolo lever adjustment

Hi guys, I have a prs standard if from 2022 blue. I'm new to this forum, I'd like to ask you for information, I've seen videos on YouTube but I still don't understand the problem. The problem is my tremolo lever, on this I saw that many put a hex key and manage to tighten it, in my guitar I can not understand why the key can not even enter, and my tremolo is very very loose, when I play standing up, it happens sometimes when i move too much that falls . Does anyone have solutions? I hope I've made myself understood, sorry for the not-perfect English.

Set screw may have fallen out or never was installed at manufacture.
