Very different! A 2007 SE Standard will be like my 2003 Santana, only with dot inlays and no pickguard. They have strat-type contours on the body for belly and forearm. Probably a stoptail, yeah? Wide-fat neck, 22 frets, 25" scale. They're very basic but rockin guitars.
Current SE Standards are different in that they have beveled/carved tops instead of the forearm cutaway, they have 24 frets, tremolo bridge, wide-thin necks, bird inlays, neck binding. The 85/15S pickups are different as well though I'm not sure how. I should take mine out of my SE baritone and measure them.
