PRS SE Roasted maple neck Tremelo bar.

I just got a PRS with a roasted maple neck.I’ve noticed that the tremolo bar screws in unlike my other CU 24’s, and the bridge doesn’t really float.It seems almost like a fixed bridge , but it has 4 springs. Any one else experience this?

The trem bar shouldn’t screw in. It sounds like something has been changed, namely the trem.
