PRS SE Rescue Misson Anyone?

I'm in search mode for another CE and during my scanning I came across this poor suffering PRS SE Custom. I'd buy it myself but I have a tight budget for a CE and hopefully an amphead. So I thought I'd share it here in case someone is looking for a project, I'd love to rescue it but I can't at this time...can't believe someone mangled it so bad, pretty deep scratches.

Just a thought, what if PRS were actually to sell a line of SE shells like that (minus the scratches). Then the purchaser could install what ever bridge they liked, whatever pickups, whatever nut, etc. It would be almost like getting a PS that didnt cost as much. Think about it, do like 10 different color options, neck carve options and the 22 or 24 fret scale options. Just a thought.

Yeah, I understand the reality is it's not a cost effective rescue and a pretty timely one..I just don't like seeing any guitar senselessly hacked up like that..though I suppose maybe in some music scenes that might be considered cool. Poor guitar probably never seen it comin' either...
