Hello
I buy my prs se paul allender yesterday, I really love it. Inlays are amazing. Emg pickups are great!
But it comes with Neck pickup more higher than bridge pickup. I think isnt normal, and I feel less "volume" on bridge pickup than in neck.
I just raise up bridge pickup, but even with I think initial Setup of neck is to higher.
prs says: "The pickups on your new instrument are fully adjustable by turning the height adjustment screws at each end of the pickup. With the high and low E strings (E and G strings for the Electric Bass) depressed at the last fret the measurement should about 2.5/32 (5/64”) on the treble side and about 3/32” on the bass side of both pickups. You may season to taste if you wish."
I just want to understand if this measures are the distance between pickup and lower side of strings.
In this momment I have 2.5mm (about 5/64") between highest Neck pickup part under of E strings, and 2mm ( about 3/32")on brigde pickup.
Thank you!
