Prs se orianthi signature

i have just got a new prs se orianthi and have noticed that the tone control pulls out
i was wondering why it does this

Stock it didn't have a push-pull pot, as far as the PRS specs say, maybe you've got a customized version, not exactly new? They haven't been made since 2013. What pickups are installed?

The push pull usually changes the Humbucker pick up to single coil...great feature...love them, and most PRS guitars usually have this!

Mrs. Bebop has one of the first run models (flat top) and I'm pretty sure it does not have coil splits...
