PRS SE locking tuners help!

A ton of good info here. I will try tightening the thumbscrews a little bit more and have ordered some "nut sauce" for starters. I am not a purist about my guitars or a collector either. I just need the thing to work reliably. I think some of the insight here is quite helpful. Thanks!

I hope you get it sorted quickly and easily
I have changed 3 of my SE guitars over to the PRS locking tuners and have no issues
I even ordered some for the SE Bernie I got a few days ago

I have had these tuners on US models and now on an SE, and followed this vid to learn the best way to string them up:

One other area to check for burs is the edge of the string hole in the post (if not already mentioned). If there are no wraps, the string could be cut on the edge of that hole of it were sharp. I have found a sharp edge there before and just used fine sandpaper to smooth it out. But putting some wraps around the post like the video shows may take pressure off any sharp edge there too.
