I have a 2013 PRS SE custom 24. I just bought a pair of used Seymour Duncans and want to wire it up. Looking at the SE pickups they have four colors. What do the four colors (red, white, green & black represent on each SE neck and bridge humbucker? I want this information so i can translate it to the SD color codes. Any help would be very appreciated.

You can figure it out using the Seymour Duncan site. They should have a diagram that matches the SE control arrangement.

Dang! I wish I knew. When I removed the double black bobbin pickups from my SE Lowery I was in a hurry and forgot to take note of the wiring colors, in case I ever want to return it to stock.

I believe i have figured it out. For the Neck pickup the Black is hot, Red is ground and the green/white are coil tap. For the Bridge the Red is hot, Black is ground and green/white are for coil tap. Can anyone who has swap pickups on their SE confirm this before i wire it up. Thanks

I am taking the day off Friday and will take a look at the SE HFS/VB combo from my Lowery then. That sounds about right to me though.
