Hello,

I am facing some honestly agonizing trouble with my PRS S2 Vela.
I am honestly in love with the guitar, but the three part saddles are driving me nuts.
For some reason my A string isn't intonating properly anymore, it is 10 cents flat when the E and D strings are properly intonated. If I move the saddle to intonate the A string first and then try to adjust for the E and D string the E and D strings always are too sharp (also around 7-10 cents).
I first had this problem with a 10-38 string set, I then switched to a normal 10-46 gauge set. Problem still persists..
Any Idea where the problem could be? Are there replacement bridges/saddles that I could get that would fix the problem that are available in Europe (specifically Germany)?
Any magic button I forgot to push or screw I forgot to turn?

Any help appreciated.

Could your saddle be on backward ?
I would contact PRS and see if they have any ideas or solutions

Maybe before or past the point of intonation with the saddles? It’s often a trade off

Yeah, contacting PRS might be the best move. i don't think the saddle is on backwards

That's true, but 10 cent flat when the rest of the guitar is intonated is very noticable, that very noticable if you're playing octaves
