I want one of these, and am currently saving to get one. Not too much farther to go. They sound great - has there been a demo of one of these that sounded bad so far? I suppose it's mostly been professional salespeople playing well dialed in and recorded amps. If anyone could do a straight up all variables removed sound comparison with a DGT, I would be eternally grateful.

I think it speaks volumes that in your sig you've got 3 PS guitars and you say you really like your Vela.

True, all of my PS's are Ted 245 inspired to give me that LP tone. The Vela is a nice change up and a little more retro than my CU24 Floyd. I also have a Knaggs Severn but the Vela is a little more comfortable to play and I also don't worry about dragging it around in a gig bag.
