PRS S2 Pot Failure?

Had my PRS S2 Singlecut satin since February, bought new from a dealer, and suddenly I'm getting no sound out of the neck pick-up. Originally thought it might've been the pick-up selector or pickup itself but then found moving the volume control for that pickup would make the sound come back, before ultimately it failed completely.

Taking it back to the shop tomorrow for them to check it out. Was just wondering whether anyone had experienced anything similar? Also, anyone have experience with using the PRS warranty? Is it pretty straightforward?

Pot failures happen. It could also be a loose wire or something. I suspect PRS will take care of your issue.

PRS will certainly take care of it, the guitar has a lifetime warranty, including the pots.

thats weird . I bought a preowned PRS Chris Henderson, The guy handed me a bag with a 500k pot while saying here 's an extra volume pot because I blew one out already..
