So I was wanting to try one of these since I favor hardtails over trems, but I have been unable to find any. When I searched prs website, it no longer appears in their catalogue. Since they released the se version, have the discontinued the s2 version?

Yup... It was originally a core, then S2, now SE.
Any of them should rock.
