Hi, I have been playing for less than a year and I'm planning to buy new gear. My budget is 600$ max for the guitar. I plan on using it when I form a band and start gigging. Guitarists I like are Uli Roth, Blackmore, Iommi, Angus Young, Beck, Glenn Tipton and Brian May. If you think anything other than a PRS would be suitable for me please recommend that too. I don't mind buying used ones and at least for now I will be using this mostly in the guitar shop while learning and in my apartment.
Thank you.

If I were you I would go to the products page - http://www.prsguitars.com/products/ - and look at the SE and SE Signature line guitars. From what you wrote above, I would consider the Custom 24, Dave Navarro, Tremonti, Akerfeldt...all SE's and great guitars.
Thank you. Since I'm a beginner I'm too overwhelmed with guitar options. I have been on their website and checked all the SE models. I just wanted an opinion from an experienced guy here. So for the musicians I like any SE model would be suitable right?

I think either a SE Custom 24 or a SE Tremonti would suit you quite well. Very different guitars, but both should be able to get you where you want to be.

Others will chime in who know better than me.

If you want a PRS, I would buy a PRS SE Paul Allender if I were you. The bats aren't for everyone, but it is by far the easiest to play guitar I have come accross for $600 or less. It has jumbo frets and a wide thin neck, which is a combo that only the PRS SE Torero shares (out of PRS SE models), which I would have also reccomened if it didn't come with a floyd rose which can be a hassle for beginners. If the inlays bother you, than I suggest you look for a guitar that is:

made in Korea (best combo of quality and affordability)
has a wide thin neck
jumbo or xjumbo frets
10"-14" radius
no more than a 25" scale length
and a neckthrough design if possible (for easy access to the upper frets)

Search ebay, and buy used to get the most guitar for your $. As for other brands, I would check out Schecter. Most of their guitars fit this criteria, they are good beginner guitars.

Come back and let us all know what you decide... with pics!
