PRS Newbie - I finally found one

After playing guitar for more than 25 years, I finally bought a PRS guitar. Based on my reading of reviews and comments, I think many will be surprised that my first PRS is a 509 picked up today.

Happy to be here and hope my knowledge will grow on this forum.

Roger that. But what a great instrument... at my music desk at the moment figuring out the best setup for it, eq's, compression and so on. Absolutely lovely, little to no love necessary, the pickups are like cream.

Great first PRS guitar! It's predecessor, the 513, was my first PRS and I've never regretted that purchase! I think you're going to find that the 509s versatility and quality of tones is going to keep you coming back, even after trying (and buying) other guitars. It's just such a uniquely capable instrument. Congratulations!!
